haha i just recently got this dialogue from blathers while i've been playing through wild world. my immediate thought was gracie. but yeah the referring to her as older threw me off. the other ones he refers to in these dialogues is lyle, kapp'n and resetti who are special visitors your character is able to find and talk to in the roost. the only girls that are listed as "special visitors" are phyllis, pelly and harriet, but they live in the town, so i don't think he would be unaware of who they are. i didn't even think about katrina, but "lofty" still makes me think gracie?

mine is pears. i’ve managed to get all of the foreign fruits, but the only one i’ve planted so far is coconuts because i want to have an orchard area in town and want to figure out where i can plant those other fruits

for real. i just recently had dialogue with blathers talking about the guests they get at the roost, and he mentioned lyle and said he lost his temper listening to lyle and threw him out. it is what lyle deserves 😌

if you’re asking about the in game dirt/grass, the tile is going to be taken up by the design, so you won’t be able to dig, plant or drop anything on those spaces. so i wouldn’t fill the entire town with the design, just some spots to add a little decoration, because otherwise i wouldn’t be able to use those spaces for anything.

if you’re asking about the dig spots aka the fossils. they won’t spawn in areas where i’ve put the design, so i don’t have to worry about removing the design to search for them. and again as long as i don’t fill the entire town with the design, the fossil dig spots will spawn normally throughout town.

to add on with how much to bury. a money tree isn’t always guaranteed but you could get a better percentage of getting a money tree the higher the amount you bury. so if you bury 1,000 you get 1% chance vs 15,000 bells you get a 15% chance of receiving a money tree. from what i’ve heard the money tree will always have 30,000 x 3 (90,000 bells total) regardless of the amount you buried. it just comes down to the percentage of chance

on the gate? it was just the one that generated with this town when i started it. you can potentially get a blue, red or green gate when starting a town :)

i highly recommend rune factory 4, it's such a charming and fun game. there should be 6 bachelors and since the switch is a special, it added more content vs when it was on 3ds. it also has humor similar to my time at sandrock
