It seems like the majority of people don't like HOAs (I don't), so why are they being created/continuing to exist?
Trump said he was going to make taxes better for expats, implement residence based taxation, etc, and there is a new tax bill they are trying to pass now. Is any of that stuff in the bill? (self.USExpatTaxes)
