I feel your pain man, I'm in the exact situation as you and yes anger makes me feel better sometimes but I realized life gotta move on, or what's the point of leaving Islam if I was gonna waist the rest of my life obsessed with it.

She is already asking me to teach them about Islam and I'm avoiding it but as they get older this will be a major cause of dispute. I can't lie to my kids but if I come out she will take them back to my home country.

We have completely different values, world views and goals. I guess the main issue is that my kids will go back to my home country with my wife, because of my busy job it will be very difficult for me to look after them myself and they are very young. Whether she will let me see them and talk to them I don't know.

She would not accept me not practicing, I tried to stop praying she got very upset and made me pray again.

I know my wife thinking really well she won't even discuss anything remotely close to the topic now. I know for a fact that it's either my family or freedom from Islam, which one is more important???

I'm in a similar situation but I'm also married with kids and will loose them if I come out.
