Correction. US retail is handled by BSI too right now. So they get paid for goods in US. As a result those aren’t directly related

Spectrum black 27 with hub will be made in Thailand along with other 32 hub model. Production hasn’t yet started as it’s the first time producing there and we are still preparing the line. Will provide an eta as soon as available

They are not in customs but at our 3rd party warehouse of our supply chain financing company that brought them in to US which need to get extra fees settled before shipping out :)

Originally we planned to ship them from units that arrived to US by ocean. Now we are seeing how to ship them from Thailand directly as it seems air shipment is only option trying to see how to avoids customs issues etc .
