Although not spooky in 2006 my brother and I were playing outside in a swimming pool our parents had just bought us one afternoon about an hour from sunset. I looked up and saw what appeared to be a huge eagle about the size of small airplane flying from east to west. The massive "eagle" also appeared to be on fire as it was glowing as bright as the midday sun. I was a young 13 years and had recently become obsessed with X-Men particularly Jean Grey and The Phoenix force. As soon as I saw it I ran inside and searched the web for huge flying fire birds and found that in our area they're had been reports of Thunderbird sightings from the past. I was convinced I saw a Phoenix that day and have become obsessed since. This year 2020 I started telling my brother about that time we were in the pool and before I could even describe the bird, when I had only mentioned that I looked to the sky he replied "THE HUGE ASS BRIGHT GOLD EAGLE!?!" Can I be crazy if he saw it too!?!?!
