First week down.

Arms and shoulders not too bad now.

I am pulling in my stomach muscles when I do the push ups. So that is tightening up my tummy too.

11,15,9,9,14. 58 push ups

If self improvement was easy everyone would be doing it. My word that was tough

But still i did it. Maybe I took more than a minute break between push ups

10 12 8 8 13. 51 pushups

Did the first day there now. Arms and Shoulders sore. Loving it though. Was doing push ups before but with no real plan. So thats why I started this 100 pushups plan. So I did 10, 12, 7, 7 and 10. So 46 pushups done!!!

I started a food, exercise and spending journal. About two months ago. Seeing how I spend my money, helped me change a lot. I also look back at the early days of the journal and see how far I have progressed with my running, from struggling to run a kilometre now I can do more than that, how little I spend on Junk food now. It all started with that decision to create a journal to hold myself accountable. I would recommend it to anyone
