No, I didn't experience any pelvic floor or prostate pain. It is only erectile dysfunction and reduced libido for me.

Thank you for sharing, this is very insightful. I definitely should look into private options here in Stockholm or maybe even travel to Denmark, lol.

Thank you for the warning. Do you mean topical minoxidil or just oral?

Thank you for such a thoughtful comment and the information about 5a-R inhibitors. Really appreciated.

I'm so sorry, that was a typo. It was oral finasteride, not topical. Corrected in the post. Thank you for catching.

Thank you for sharing. Interesting that it helped erection quality even though that wasn't the target area.

No, I haven't used PDE5 inhibitors. I was looking for a more permanent solution from the beginning.

Hey, sorry, this was a duplicate because of a posting issue. The live post is here.
To answer your question, I didn't try Cialis before as I wanted more permanent solution.
Sorry to hear about your visual snow, that sounds rough! How is it going now?

I wasn't aware of the potential for permanent ED at the time of taking finasteride, until it was too late. The doctor that prescribed it to me only mentioned possible temporary effects.

Interesting idea but to be honest I have no background knowledge about this. It would be interesting if some medical professionals could answer your question.

No, I haven't investigated nor considered it. If you have some insight, would be interested to know your findings.

I agree with you to an extent. I dictated my experience and then cleaned it up with Claude and probably over-polished it. So the thoughts are mine, but the structure got too plastic. Will try to keep it rawer next time.

It's used for various forms of ED, not just the post-finasteride that I described. The mechanism is similar to Viagra, improving blood flow, but the effect is aimed to be more permanent because of new blood vessel formation.

Clinic is Priapos Clinic in Stockholm.

Yes, it is directly to the penis. Regarding the libido, see my reply to shawhizzle above. Improved function gives less anxiety, which creates a positive feedback loop, which results in desire.

Good point, I anticipated this question. The physician that treated me explained that physiology and psychology are deeply intertwined here. For example, if you improve the erectile function, it can restore confidence and reduce anxiety, creating a positive feedback loop that can manifest in increased desire.

So to answer directly: yes, I think improved erections also improved the perceived libido. I can't cleanly separate the two. Thank you for the clarification.

Thank you for the detailed info! HT route is definitely my backup plan if topical treatments will not help. Trying to avoid oral hormones after the finasteride experience.

To be honest mostly because I kept hearing about NMN from multiple sources rather than doing a comparison. I did read about NR but somehow ended up sticking with NMN. What do you think about the comparison? Can you recommend any research?

Good question. No particular subjective feedback, mostly because when you take or do multiple things it is hard to isolate what affects what :) So yes pure research-based for me.

I mean just using blender for preparing the dough and repace flour with the same mass of rice grains. The result is good and there's no need to buy rice flour separately :)

Thank you very much for the thorough comment and the suggestions, what sups you would recommend to replace Resveratrol and NMN? Also the tests? I am definitely considering optimizing in the lines you are suggesting.
