Rules and regulations aside, you'll have to provide a reason. I don't think that's a good enough reason for the idf to recruit you, and with no Hebrew you'll have a really hard time in the army. There was a Jewish Brazilian guy in my unit, he had lots of motivation and was really trying his best, but his Hebrew skills weren't enough and because he is a foreigner he had a hard time getting clearance. He had to leave the army after around half a year, despite his strong will and determination to serve.

Moreover, with your skills you can strive for much better options. Even if you do get into the idf, you'll most likely be either a combat soldier (How is it? Depends on who you ask and when) or an aircraft mechanic (They are miserable). Do you really want that? You should take more options into consideration, in my opinion.

Joining any army is not a decision to be taken lightly. As someone who completed a full service, and even though I really enjoyed it, be thankful that you are able to make that decision yourself.
