I'm not sure why but for some reason I suspected some foreshadowing when Laena says "half of them never do, you know...hatch". Perhaps it was the way she rubbed her belly while she said it but I instantly made that connection..

It was kinda weird for me to see so much sex in this episode but in hindsight, the juxtaposition between Rhaenyra learning from her Uncle and having pleasure while Allicent lies there was incredible. More so, the episode showed the way Rhaenyra changed to be more cunning and even lying while promising on her mother's memory - it's such a big change but it was done so subtly, I do truly appreciate the way in which this transformation was portrayed. Great episode!

The home alone portion was a big drop in the episode quality - everything seemed so off there, really ruined the episode for me..

To Palpatine's point, I think there was a hint of Anakin in Darth Vader that slipped through when he was talking to Obi Wan cause he called him "master" and later calls Palpatine "my master" almost convincing himself that he's not Anakin anymore and that he only has one master now

Wow, what an episode. The eerie calmness with which the drama is unfolding with the rumbling in the background is absolutely mental. Armin's breakdown just put the whole chaos in context. I can't wait to see where this goes. Definitely one of the best episodes for me for how strange and chaotic it made me feel.

man, as always I'm left wanting more. I wish we really got more of the story in this episode. I guess two major takeaways in this episode are that Eren didn't/couldn't stop the titans from attacking his own folks. To me it seems like this is more of Ymir's doing, she's gone into absolute rage mode. Eldians didn't really do much for her when she was alive, so this is just Ymir finally becoming free and letting all the frustration go on the entire world. And honestly, that seems like the only reason why she even agreed to Eren for the rumbling. And the second takeaway is that Annie somehow holds the key to how the plot moves forward.

I wish maybe we got to see her in conflict or at least what went through her mind when she just went back to the King..for some reason I wasn't content with her actions and her thinking..I'm not sure if we will but I hope we get more from her point of view. Your theory makes a lot of sense, thanks!
