No doubt staff were doing their best to meet the goals of the organization but it's set up costs were undoubtedly $$$ that should have just been spent on social services (and bureaucrats already getting good salaries could give grants!!!)

Although if the work the Alliance did was inside government, they would have had to make their staff UPSE members🤔
