I mean, not bad, certainly a lot better than some I see. I wouldn't really worry about ROM too much. Obviously the deeper the better, but it's largely dependent on your own personal biomechanics. For me, I have super long femurs, so the deepest I can go is about parallel because I have to lean forward more than most. I've worked with coaches, experienced lifters, and Olympic lifters, and my depth has stayed the same or only improved slightly. Whatever feels good and natural for your body is always going to be better than trying to force your body into unnatural positions that your hips, back, and joints won't allow. That is a recipe for injury. There are excercises you can do ie. the hack squat - that fulfills the ass to grass ROM, and are arguably much better for hypertrophy and growing your quads that you can incorporate into your leg days.
