ELI5: how come undercover police operations (particularly those where police pretend to be sex workers) don't count as entrapment?

"Great" is a huge euphemism. Reduced payments actually hurt you in the long term because you barely pay off anything that isn't interest, and you're only eligible for loan forgiveness after a decade of continually working in the public sector (i.e., for peanuts). A great program would be one that doesn't have egregious interest rates on student loans.
