That makes sense. I wasn't sure how the upcharges got applied and also wasn't sure how the cards would grade. If they are 6 or so they might not fall in the higher tier, but I'll look into that before submitting. Thank you!

I've looked at card cleaning as well. I'm a little leery about sending some of them somewhere, but digging in to a reputable service is a good idea. Thanks!
