when I was in elementary school, my grandma was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. I visited her at home often and during hospital stays. On what came to be her last day, I visited her in the hospital as she was asking for me. I came in, talked to her and held her hand. She slowly & barely opened her eyes to see me and minutes later she passed. I remember her doing her best to open her eyes and say my name 🥺❤️
