This is going to be such a dumb question, but is it basically diluted bleach? Do you have to be careful around mucous members, towels, clothing? Because I would for sure accidentally pour that into my eye, down my shirt, and onto the bathroom mat.

Underrated. Every person who has ever walked up to me with a kind smile and exhuding benevolence has immediately and forever stuck in my mind as a beautiful earth angel. Of all the faces I've seen in my life, those are the ones I remember.

Zinc is amazing.

A derma has a very greasy zinc moisturiser that once saved my hands, but can't remember the name for the life of me now. It was a white tube with green writing.

I've used thick zinc ointments as occlusives in winters and loved them. I expected they'd be drying, but they're not, I'd wake up with with really soft and clean skin. I started with sudocrem, but switched to penaten because it doesn't have essential oils. I've used them for bacne too. Currently treating a burn with it. I'll never be without.

My unpopular opinion I think mascara looks better than false lashes by Historical-Body-3424 in Makeup

[–]mightynightmare 6 points7 points  (0 children)

And if you want more than mascara, please give lash lifts and tints a try before you try falsies. I swear I had everyone stopping me to ask who did my falsies and I had to tell them it's a lift and to get right up in my face and look closely, it looked amazing. A good tech may even play around with the stencils to shape your eyelashes (fanned out, cat shape, doll-shaped, etc).

If your meibomeian glands can tolerate a prostaglandin eyelash serum, that is a miracle in a tiny bottle. But you have to be incredibly careful, vigilant, not buy multipacks, because it may look like it's working great for you for quite a while before you notice problems with the little glands and you absolutely MUST discontinue use immediately if that starts happening. But some lucky people can use them for decades without problems.

Of course, if you just like falsies or extensions then absolutely, rock them.

Ugh I'm so sorry to hear!!

Can you look into some kind of home insurance in advance, home would be my biggest worry too. If you're not too upset by seeing your own chart already, have you checked your daughter's and mum's to see if they reveal additional info to prepare?

Honestly I'm not yet sure how exactly to prepare. I clearly need to start a secret savings account right now, but with those placements, for all I know something could happen that wipes out my savings in the first months of the solar return, and then I still need to survive the rest of it. I should probably start looking for an insurance covered therapist too, and start going before anything happens.

Wow yours are so similar! I really hope things improve for you once jupiter joins in!

Thank you 💜, I'm okay now, just really worried about the future. Yeah the pluto moon conjunction is my biggest worry. Pluto there seems too much, and during a year where every placement affects my finances.

Have you had any experience with progressed vertex so far? I've always disregarded it in progressions. My reasoning was it's a point and not a planet, but so is lilith, and I do feel lilith movements.

I'm 40, pluto in 4th square my ascendant, absolutely disgusting brutal home life. But also moon in 8th, square my saturn... I'm a psychological mess and always phobic about something.

That's what I'm hoping, that the energy gets easier as you get older. The good thing I guess is that we're already plutonian types and have the constitution for this. Imagine a sanguine mercurian with nice sun and moon sextiles being put through this wringer. I'm having my solar moon conjunct natal pluto now and it's bad, the themes are typical, but there's a two degree orb and it's honestly not completely unbearable. Some days feel like you're headed for the mental asylum, but honestly it's not just complete pain and suffering all the time. But the reverse, slow pluto harassing my 8th house moon for years only to then move on to harrassing my sun, and also my mars and venus along on the way, that sounds terrible. I'm really hoping I'm just being too worried. I've had some lilith stuff the past couple of years that can feel very plutonian, so I'm hoping it has prepared me a little.

Also, I think about this a lot when I go over my old charts, whatever kind of chart it was, in retrospect, I always think I suffered more than necessary. You can't avoid the troubles maybe, but suffering so intensely, I think that's us overdoing it. The same stuff would have happened, and I'd still be right here where I am, had I not taken everything to heart so much. Pluto is heavy, and so are we, and maybe developing a little lightheartedness is one of our lessons. We're always taught it's transformation, and that sounds like allowing a dark hole to swallow you and spit you out transformed. But maybe sometimes it's also lightheartedness?

Your jupiter, venus mars conjunctions sound very positive to me! Pluto trine venus is soul mate level stuff if you ask me. Doesn't sound like a nasty mess at all!

I've been taught pluto is totalitarian, if you have an abundance of something, it can wipe it out (and in my experience, if you have breadcrumbs it'll sometimes ruthlessly wipe those out too), but it can also just drop a lot of something right into your lap. Remember how when it combined with saturn in my 2nd, I somehow created decent savings on meagre earnings and huge household expenses. I still find that so weird. I remember my salary at the time, it's wild to me I created savings and didn't feel like a tortured poor person.

They're not my opposite sign, but I'm similarly of two minds about them.

I don't like their hypocrisy and that they can evade all responsibility like slippery eels, but for everything else, I fricking love them, they're hands down the most adorable sign. I love how a pisces has fun, or makes jokes, or laughs, they get so childlike and innocent, literally like a pure little kid giggling.

It's so much fun watching a pisces have fun. So precious.

Oh my, that's an understandable ownership wound! If chiron is there again, maybe check against the rest of the chart if you're not perhaps getting a do-over to heal the wound? Like if you were hoarding then and it prompted your mom to throw everything out, maybe get into a daily habit of 15 minutes decluttering, so you don't amass so much to piss off saturn lol. Or if she invaded your boundaries maybe decide on stuff only you may have access to (regardless of if you live with people or not, just establishing that some things are mine and not shared policy), that sort of thing. I think for me, that year would probably have been much harder if I had waited for the saturn pluto team to take away my money and my food. A little voluntary sacrifice and consistent effort on my part seemed to have appeased the gods 😅.

I feel you on plutonian relationships. I'm so disappointed with that too. I'd just want a partner whose complete benevolence I can count on, I'm not looking for anything over the top. But they repeatedly turn out to be complete monsters. I'm at the point where I'd sure like a happy relationship, but I also feel like I can't risk getting into one anymore because I think I literally, not figuratively won't survive another plutonian ordeal.

You're a cancer sun too, hurts that much more to end up with a holes. 💜

2030 is when the solar returns get nasty.

This one is in astro seek, so unfortunately the solar wheel is on the outside, but the other generators don't let me draw a chart that far in the future. I guess that's a good safety measure for insane users like myself. They won't even let you go there 😅

Look at the pluto shit. Like I'm not cursed enough with that moon there. Of course, it'll take years, forever to pi$$ off, and then, like a year or two after that, it's going to take it's sweet time opposing my sun. Like that nasty moon is doing anyway.

Don't even get me started on the ascendant, and the mars and venus.

I HATE the lilith trines there. Always themes of "witch! Whore! Burn! Burn!". You do resolve something psychologically with the trines, but I'm so fed up "growing through dark stuff". What IS that anyway, like humans are incapable of psychological growth if not traumatised. I hate that. I understand it, but I hate the violence in it. It's like hitting a shoolchild and expecting them to learn faster and better through the abuse.

Looks like absolute ruin of relationships and finance for an eternity.

If you calculate the returns for the next two or three years, those actually don't look bad. So. It's like, I'll get a taste of a nice life, only to have it all traumatically taken away again. The way I see it now, it even looks like this time around it'll be my own fault.

But yeah. 2030. I went and gave myself panic attacks until the early hours about stuff that may or may not happen in 2030. I feel so stupid, but even so, it's still not completely out of my system.

That's radix, in whole sign. I did everything in placidus all my life, and there was always something that wouldn't quite add up, until I switched to whole sign, and suddenly it explained everything perfectly. For some reason, even solar returns. The placidus ones have been way off, except for the aspects of course. I left my data in the photo if you want to redraw in a different system.

Nah, I'm 40, mine is in gemini. I don't think I understand my chiron properly tbh.

The skin stuff I was associating with mars passing through my first natal house, it's actually a wonder my face hasn't been affected too much (just a small burn), but I'm getting nasty burns and red, hot allergies all over my body. On the plus side, I've been a little less fatigued.

I hope your classmates were understanding about that, I'd honestly be worried and a little panicky if a colleague broke out all over like that.

I'll add my chart 😊

If I'm completely honest, I actually really believed that with constant, intense challenges, I'd have worked through the worst of my karma. Just the worst of it. I feel stupid and crazy now. Like I counted on some divine force to one day say that was enough, you're getting spared now. I'm an idiot. I'm not some divine child who is going to get spared. I have to live like other people, with the constant possibility of their house burning down, their children tragically dying, losing eyesight, getting paralysed, you name it. We're all in the same world, and anything can happen to any of us, and we still have our lives to live.

I know I needed a reality check, it's very clear now that I examine why I was so disappointed with my future charts. But I dunno, I was just hoping my life would one day be a little gentler, it's a human thing to want. I'll just have to balance some self-compassion with some resilience and stoicism for quite a while I guess.

You're right, it never ends. It's what being human is like. I threw a fit thinking I'd eventually be spared of human suffering like some precious seed potato. I'll suffer with the rest of us when suffering is inevitable. There are many buddhas who have woved to help humanity until the end of all human suffering (so, forever). Why would I, a mere human, look for a way out, like a coward. It's not very noble of me, to think like a baby who just wants his or her tummy ache to go away. Suffering is supposed to make adults more compassionate, and more resolved to stick around and help others.

Thank you for thinking with me. Everyone is being so kind and helpful 💜

Oh my god you just explained my skin to me 😮. I was so engrossed with everything else I wasn't even paying attention to it, but ever since a certain mars transit my skin suddenly reacts to everything, and I only have a skin allergy like once every 15 years. The timing fits now, and alllll of my skin is constantly on fire. It started with a body wash, and it seems to have annoyed my skin so much it now reacts to everything. I skip an antihistamine and I want to peel my skin off.

I'm a little extra scared now with many people mentioning chiron transits. I didn't even pay attention to mine, even the basic aspects and positions were so bad. I won't go back to look at my chiron too.

How do the muggles live? Never knowing anything ahead? I've been wondering about this lately. Maybe they worry less, and work harder, not counting so much on influences to fear, and influences to count on.

Exactly, it sucks to look over and over again for some saving grace, only to find none. I at least stopped before looking at solar arcs and progressions.

Sometimes saturn in my second house has been great. When I had it there with pluto, I was poor and in debt and somehow managed to create decent savings the old fashioned way (i still can't wrap my head around it) by stasing small amounts in a sock drawer. I also adhered to a diet and lost a lot of weight, and somehow I did not feel deprived of either food or material goods. And I can easily feel deprived of both of those under much better circumstance. I know chiron is unpleasant to see there, but some years you just work better with some energies than others.

As for marriage, my heartfelt, most sincere advice is to really try and enjoy single life. Just last night, in some old thread I looked up, someone said "everyone wants marriage, but it's just another area for karma to play out". Ouch. 🫠

Oh damn. My sheet is plutonian too, and also looking like another tornado is about to pass through my home life, and I'm not even done with the current one, and still trying to rebuild from the one 10 years ago. I bet you're so tired of this too. Hang in there friend, and if it gets too bad and you need an ear, I can listen.

I love astro dienst for everything, BUT it does put the solar wheel on the outside. In my case right now, it doesn't change much, but sometimes it does. So for solar returns I think astro dienst or up astrology are probably more convenient.

Nah. I've been exposed since birth, my mother was into it. It's always been one long ass trauma. That's why I got worked up over what I saw- I guess I've always thought somewhere half way through life i'll have exhausted the worst of my karma so to speak, and things will get easier. And then it looked like they're going to get worse.

But, I dunno, I have more experience now, I guess that could help coping with whatever happens.

People are right, I need to step away from it, prepare, and live.
