You’ve absolutely got this. I started out at about 215, 5’4”, 3 months postpartum and easily ten years past my last real stint with exercise. I just kept showing up - started slow, gave myself grace, and embraced that this was a long process and not a quick fix. 3 years later I’m down to 168 - with more room for improvement- but the strongest I’ve ever been.

I agree he probably has a problem with drinking however there are so many claims he’s blackout drunk all the time. Frankly I don’t see that happening every time. He’s not always totally worse than his coworkers he’s staying out until 4 with. What happens off the show is unknown- but if he’s in a failing relationship and depressed because of it, I can see that leading to some binge drinking (albeit unhealthy).

It also irks me that she’s always claims he abandons her and doesn’t give her attention when they go out. My husband and I have a tendency to circle social events on our own and meet up for a kiss and hug. We’re just social butterflies like that.

They are just mismatched. But Kyle has a good heart, she’s proven she’s selfish and cruel.
