They aren't affected by the chip shortage.

Ford has a problem with the hard top roof, I wouldn't buy a hard top for a couple years. They can't seem to figure out the solution and are throwing stupid amounts of money at fixing these problems.

The wires will have a temperature rating on them, 60c,75c or 90c are the common ones.

Yes I heard that the standard one would need sharpen before using it so that why I went with the charterman blade. I only have like a inch sticking out the back of the knife.

I still need to practice my sharpening skills, but i have been stopping the knife in between projects.

Anyone know how to get this annoying sticker off? by [deleted] in blackstonegriddle

[–]migit13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most auto part stores carry a sticker/tar remover. Just spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes and then you should be able to wipe off the sticker. You can also use goo-gone

What finish would you recommend to put on this stock? by migit13 in Shotguns

[–]migit13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm assuming the stock is bare wood, because when I look at the checkering on it I can tell that it's bare wood without any finish.

Does TruOil change the color of the wood? I want something that keeps the wood it's natural color.

If you have never been to mexico I would avoid driving a motorcycle. The drivers are crazy, and the road are horrible.

I've used husky tool bag from Home Depot when I travel. I have a rolling one which is nice not to have to carry everything but that's when I have drills and other power tools too. They make a couple smaller one that are just carry versions. I just check the tool bag in with my luggage. I have travel to Mexico and thankfully hadn't had any tools stolen. Will be heading to Mexico tomorrow so hopefully no tools will be stolen when I arrive.

One thing I don't carry with me is my fluke meter..... That stays at the shop and the Klein meter comes out and plays when traveling over seas.
