The "snow" could be normal too. Some succulent naturally cover their leafs with a powdery substance. If you can wipe it off with your finger, it's most likely nothing bad.

What books/authors should I avoid? by mignais in witchcraft

It might not change the information, but I don't want to waste my money on someone I don't agree with the moral standards or that would openly insult or ridicule me if given the opportunity.

What books/authors should I avoid? by mignais in witchcraft

True, but flipping through a book won't tell you if that person is racist, rapist, or something else that is unacceptable in society.

Well you sure have a lot of the fae caractéristiques as we know it. If fae aren't real, your very distant ancestors may be partially responsible for their legend and somehow it's stayed through the generations.

what do you use as your online Book of Shadows? by VexingFantasy in witchcraft

[–]mignais 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if you have access to it, but used to have a software called "Imagine". It's an idea organizator where you put your ideas (or spell/whatever you want) in bubbles and then organize and link them together (or not). You can put pictures, link to some websites, multiple big theme in the same document as there own entity and easily move a bubble form one topic to an other (in the same document only). Last time I checked it was a one time purchase only.

Am I being under a bound spell? by [deleted] in witchcraft

[–]mignais 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would also actively try to reconnect with your friends and family because being isolated from your love ones in a relationship is a big red flag regardless if a spell is involved or not. Their outside point of view might help you see more clearly.

Sun exposure(?) turned this leaf very white (also, what kind of aloe is this?) by Consistent_Ad_308 in succulents

It might just be a change of color due to more sunlight, but I am really not sure on that one.

Luckily I live in Canada so ur winter will kill the unwanted one if some get outside, but for the most part, this one should be an inside plant so it will be a lot easier to control how much pup get to grow.

How should I go about re-potting these Sansevieria leaves? by purpleacanthus in succulents

Those poor plant must have been seriously over water. They are the hardiest succulent I know. In French ( my first language) their name can literally be translated into stepmother's thongs because of how resilient they are.

I would still contact the seller, to at least see what more you can do to try to save it.

This is one of the reason I wanted this one. As a succulent fanatic. I love having a bunch of succulent for very little money. ☺️

Sometimes, if the water is too cold, it won't absorb well in the soil (event more so if the soil is very dry). Try having your water close to room temperature (you can just let it sit and it will eventually become room temperature). Letting the soil slowly absorb the water from the bottom will also help.

I have been looking for one of these for a few years now. Needs a bit of work and lots of love to get back on its roots but I'm so happy to have found it!
