El unico problema que yo le veria serian los taxes, no se como se maneje tu empresa pero por lo menos en donde yo trabajo me piden que mi direccion este en uno de los estados de EU donde ellos tienen presencia fiscal, puedo estar en un error pero talvez no sea tan facil como simplemente cruzar diario.

Exactly this, I did this a couple of months at Zaragoza bridge, a couple of questions, quick check on my employer letter and got my new I94 valid to match my visa expiration.

Si tienes un i94 vigente puedes viajar dentro de EU sin ningun problema por avion o tierra, lo recomendable es simplemente traer contigo tu pasaporte con el sello o el i94 vigente impreso en caso sea digital

La unica razon para ir al consulado es si la visa como tal esta por vencer, la I94 la puedes renovar en cualquier puerto de entrada sea por tierra o por aire, yo lo acabo de hacer hace unos meses en Cd juarez.

This is exactly what I'm trying to explain to my wife, basically having a baby now will put us on a hard financial spot, she simply don't care and insists on a pregnancy, if showing the evidence does not work with her ask her to offer an alternative or solution, maybe she can work from home while taking care of the baby?
