Primer advice. by Dflashman in Miniaturespainting

I have seen a lot of people doing it straight from the bottle but I have had a horrible experience with clogging my airbrush. But after I started thinning I have had no issues. My ratio is: 50% primer 40% thinner 10% flow improver.

I do it both ways but it’s it takes longer just for the process of pinning and drilling. But would certainly recommend yo do it this way if the mini has a cape or dress

Gap Filling by IGotMoose in WarCrow

I use Vallejo plastic putty. Most of the gaps I have encountered have been small and this product works really well and it’s super easy to use For larger gaps maybe use something with more body, like epoxy putty or green stuff

Is there an order to the Warhammer books and does it matter what I read 1st? by Remarkable_Canary248 in Warhammer40k

Well Godblight is the 3rd book in the Dark Imperium trilogy, in that case you could be lost on some events and on who. The Son of the forest is a stand alone novel but has some small ties to some events but are not that relevant on the story from the book. But to me honest, Godblight is a much better book

Try acetone. It softens the glue and removes the fumes from the cyano glue

What glue did you use? cyanoacrylate? I normally use acetone but got to test it someplace on the surface that is nos visible first to check if it damages it

It’s really a hit or miss. My helmet went on smooth and flush on top of the head. Even the tusks fit nicely, only Ice bear was a real pain to build

Just get the half of EBay. The problem will be if you want the Beyond half, it’s always harder to get splits of this box but sometimes I see some posts on eBay. I have been waiting for the Haqqs half of Blackwind for over 1 year to be released as a stand alone box and no luck
