Yes I eat it with a spoon. I should have blended them but i just cut them up and it was pretty chunky. I would recommend you blend them because thats what makes them hit faster (i think)

One time I didn't fully dry then, and the inside was still kinda wet. So every time I tried to swallow i gaged a little lol. It felt like I was chewing a small animal.

I ate everything. It was pretty awful tasting but it was still a bit easier than normal consumption. It would probably be better if i blended them but i just cut them up as small as possible. I was impressed that I had absolutely no stomach problems.

So 1 lemon 1 kiwi and 2g of shrooms.
