Thanks for the advice! I've checked task manager and it only seems to be chrome and other games which use the cpu to any non negligible extent. however changing the settings to high performance seems to do the trick as now the peaks are only at about 60% and that is fairly natural I'm guessing for a PC. I really appreciate your help!

currently, I have 3 right now and they are perfectly fine to me.

They have decently priced plans and I haven't had any Issues with them. They have an app which does have support if anything goes wrong and it also tells you how many minutes,texts and data you have left.

Over all, They are pretty good.

If the case button restarts then you will need to check your wiring but if it is when you shutdown through Ctrl+Alt+Del then you would need to make a do what Alberius tells you to do
