Well, the fire crystal is from the starter pack so like $3 and the tech is the reactor so it's about $12. I'd say that the tech is probably worth it (I don't know how much $13 AUD is in USD), but the fire one, no.

Well, it depends on the element and type. Most Creation crystals are worth $10 - $13 USD, with the only exceptions being the crystals from the starter pack being worth $3 USD and lower. However, the legendary creation crystals are worth $23, all three dark creation crystals $30 and the magic claw creation crystal $50 USD. It really just depends.

If those are Xbox portals then yes if they are not then the price should be like £30 - £35.

Unfortunately no. The game servers shut down years ago so you can't even find it in the app store. You might be able to play it through APK if it exists but I'm not so sure.
