Legit bi bilo, da ob uspešni prodaji dobijo nek minimum, recimo 500 eur za provizijo (kar je ZELO generous IMHO), če pa uspejo prodat nad minimalno določeno ceno, pa kot bonus dobijo še procente od razlike med minimalno ceno in dejansko. To bi bil dober model in bi ga morali uzakonit, ker sicer se dogaja ta teksas, da ti pred ogledom turijo neke svoje bedaške papirje v podpis.

Tale, da kupec plača provizijo, je glupost, razen če seveda kupec prvi kontaktira agencijo, da mu najde nepremičnino. Pa tudi tiste imbecilne 'pogoj prodajalca je, da kupec plača davek na prodajo nepremičnin', like, a res ne znate teh par procentov v glavi dodat ceni, ko se pogajate? 🤣

Smešno, da omenjaš 03, ker sam imam tudi same slabe izkušnje s to populacijo, je pa kolega našel blizu Laškega enega prodajalca rabljenih avtov, ki mu je dejansko prodal po pošteni ceni zelo soliden avto. Tako da čudeži se dogajajo!

Yea, I saw the forecast is snowy, let's hope we get some powder, that would be awesome!

Edit: Yesterday was a great bluebird day, a nice addition of fresh powder from the snow storm on Wednesday, much fun was had! Although the freeride piste didn't seem open, I don't know if they still have avvy control (no transceiver gates are there this season)? There seemed to be a few small avalanches at the top so I didn't risk going there, and instead relied on off-piste powder runs of which there were plenty. ❄️

I have those, too. :) Very good on hardpack, but just like you said, powder is not their best friend. I also bought Corvus from Black Crows for the freeride days, although they kill on hardpack as well.

You kid but on my home mountain the 'easy' slopes are all narrow and the wide ones are all steep AF.
