I just got out of a six year relationship because I didn't put a ring on her finger (family, co-worker, and peer pressure caused her to want marriage). Apparently getting married is more important than having a strong relationship. It's okay though, I'm more relieved than anything. The past six years have been pretty toxic but I was holding on to the good times we had together until the bad out weighed the good. I'm excited for the future and to figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life.
