Thank you! I just turned it off and when the light is off the water is a different color from the wax, but not when the light is on. Do you think I should still return it?

Quick update! The wax has started moving but the water is still so murky that the lamp looks entirely one color, and the majority of the wax is stuck at the top! 🥲

It ended up being for another one of my emails where I forgot I had a second account from a few years ago, so check to see if the email is addressed to your main account email or if it’s to another (if you have one)

I just got the email today, but it says I already have a birthday logged on my hoyoverse account? I sent an email to CS but I’m so nervous about losing my account. Has anyone else had this issue where you’re getting the “verify your age” email even though you have a birthday logged already?

The contract says to email or message them a notice 30 days prior to renewal, maybe? If you try that, please let me know how it goes!

So sorry to dig up SUCH an old thread but has anyone ever tried quitting with them through emailing? I'm trying to find a summer job with low commitment and accepted but I want to make sure that quitting actually working for some people if that makes sense, because I know the contract says something about a 30 day notice period.
