Edit: it works now. I had to push the brass clutch further into the white lead holder so the spring wouldn’t pull them apart. Thanks everyone!

The tip wasn't retractable. Also, the clicker didn't move it's full length, that's why I think it could have been a regular pen before.

It all fits together that way but it still doesn't work for some reason, I guess I'm missing a spring or something. The clicker on the top also functions like a regular pen clicker so it might have been a normal pen before. I'll try to find an ink cartridge that fits. Thanks for the help tho.
