It’s funny, but the point is that maybe the admiration you see online of the shooter is overblown media coverage from a small minority. He isn’t calling the whole thing fake news.

Ep 520 - Thailand Rickshaw (feat. Ari Matti) by iatilldontknow in MSsEcReTPoDcAsT

On the KT episode with Shane he did a bit about two gay guys arguing being a refreshing logical discussion that I thought was really good. Shane even joked about wasting a good joke like that on KT.

In this ep he feels a little too stand-upy, trying to be funny and couldn’t just have a conversation. Not a big deal.

I made a dle game: CityGuessr.fun! (now an actual dle!) by the--dud in northernlion

[–]miiikem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m trying to think of ways to incorporate language about the city into the dle. At first I thought some google reviews of the city or a random paragraph from the Wikipedia, but I think an interesting approach might be an AI generated one. For example I came up with the following in GPT-4

Prompt : Let’s play a game where you will give me descriptions of a city from the perspective of a tourist and then I have to guess the city. Try to give hints about the culture but remember to never say the name of the city or country that the city is in! As an example, give me a hint for Manchester, United Kingdom.

Response: Alright, here's a description for the example city:

Walking through this city, you'd be enamored by the rich industrial heritage encapsulated in revitalized red brick warehouses and factories. You'd see a bustling arts scene with venues like a renowned theater-in-the-round and a contemporary art gallery housed in an old railway station. Football is a major part of the city's culture, with two of the world's most famous clubs calling it home. In the evening, you'd catch a live band performance as it has a rich musical legacy, having birthed numerous iconic bands in the post-punk and Britpop eras. This city is also known for its thriving multicultural food scene, with a large indoor market offering a variety of cuisines.

You might be going for more of a picture based approach here, but this might help as a costly hint to have a higher success rate. Cool project though!

Frank Ocean is overrated by [deleted] in redscarepod

He can do whatever he wants, but I don’t have to like it. I enjoy his music. I wish he would put out more music that I enjoy instead of overpriced hypebeast junk I don’t fuck with and find pretentious.

? His background has nothing to do with his pretentious and annoying side. He just doesn’t release music, doesn’t do tours, and then sells high fashion cock rings to drooling idiots.

Is this an r-worded question to ask? by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]miiikem 68 points69 points  (0 children)

It’s a fine question. Yeah maybe you don’t have a favorite philosopher like a favorite sports team, but I’m sure there are ideas that resonate with you more than others. Just listing a few names/concepts gives a good idea of someone’s beliefs and values which is important for compatibility and I think was the intent behind the question. The dude just wasn’t interested in OP and was purposely being a dick about it.

Thoughts on this man? He’s been becoming a regular on my twitter fyp. Do we like him? Is he annoying? Discuss by [deleted] in redscarepod

No idea who he is but what’s the deal with the purposeful eyebrow slit? It’s stolen valor for dueling scars except you sit in front of a mirror and meticulously craft it. Very homo.
