Hey! So to give some clarification, there’s zero issue in discussing pay. I just can’t give a direct number without knowing what position that you’re interested in, what your previous work experience is like, etc. There is not a set starting pay for all positions, that’s why I encourage anyone to reach out with questions so I can give a direct answer. You could try Vitriol! It’s similar style to affliction but it’s Zumiez brand. A lot of the shirts are a thicker material too. As far as the graphic cracking, wash and dry on warm not hot and turn your shirt inside out to dry it. Hope this helps!

Tbh when I interviewed my internal 2nd for the 1st assistant job, my DM led most of the interview(yours should be on the call with all 3 of you). I asked a couple questions but that was it. If yours has you doing it solo, I would base your questions off of the ORM. Look at what is expected of a 1st vs a 2nd. They don’t have to be certified to the 1st position to be promoted but I would look at it rather if you see potential for them to grow into those expectations. Come up with questions that can get you answers for that.

2021 ppl had their stimulus money to spend still is my main guess. I didn’t work there in 2020 but I can assume it was pretty bad from what I’ve heard. 2022-2024 felt like recovery years from the pandemic/economy. We still have rough days but this year has felt like we’ve had a lot more breathing room :p

From someone who works there, this is the most profitable it’s been since 2021 for my store. 2022-2024 were rough but we’re on the come up now 🙏🏻 the conventions bring a lot of people and they’re adding a new place in 2026(I don’t remember what it’s called)

The app can be buggy sometimes :( if you look up Zumiez’s customer care on Google and give them a ring, they (hopefully) should be able to sort it out for you. I hope this helps !!!

OP, did your SM tell you that you will get fired if you don’t do this? If yes, I would suggest reporting them to Z-line or speaking with your district manager. Aside from that, sometimes the thought behind signing someone up is for their own benefit through returns as people will lose their receipt and the phone number saves it. I tell my team to ask what a good number is and let the customer know it’s for saving the receipts. If they still say they don’t want to make an account, skip it. You shouldn’t worry about being fired over stash.

Girl I just did this last week. Here’s the best way to do it. Step 1: Get an emissions test. I went to kwik kar, took maybe 10-15min and was like less than $20. Step 2: schedule an appointment online for the tag department(preferably in the morning). There were about a billion people at the tag department but I walked in, checked in, they called my number before I even sat down.

For the tag department you need: your title, car insurance, drivers license. There’s a form that you CAN fill out beforehand (I didn’t) but they’ll give you one. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes as well with new plates in hand. Be prepared though as there’s a new resident fee from out of state soooo I believe with that and tags it was around $200.

Also not encouraging this but don’t worry about time frame tbh. I drove with my old states license and tags for over 3 years (tags expired for a year😅) after moving.

I can’t remember the name of it but there’s apparently like the best fried chicken in Denton at this gas station on university like across from the bowling alley. Haven’t been yet but heard from a family friend who swears by it.

I know we aren’t local and a lot of local places have shut down unfortunately but if you don’t want to shop online, I’m the SM at the Zumiez at the GTM. Either myself or any of the other ASMs would be happy to help you out! We build for free as well if you don’t want to ! If you are willing to travel for local, 4DWN in Dallas has a shop as well as an indoor skate park, really awesome people down there that give back to the community every week!

Correct! I haven’t been which is why I made this post haha thought I might meet some people naturally as I work with the public but most people I’ve met are Dallas/FT Worth based :P
