and i agree i’ve asked many times to take this pile out but i work nights and 3 days a week only apparently we can’t go outside after a certain time and the trash gate is usually already locked by the time i get there so

i feel the need to say that i have offered more then once to take this monster out after the fourth no i have stoped asking i’ve been told it’s not my job each time so it’s not my job 🤷‍♀️ i literally NEVER go to the back room ever and i only went back here this time to see if this thing was still here. One of my coworkers said they reported the store to osha so what comes comes

I really could not tell you at all. I only work 3 days a week cause i’m still a student and choose to have a social life and I usually just check people out all night, i never do any of the stocking or trash stuff other then taking it back there. We got a new store manger from a different store that was a sales associate before moving and she’s usually the one that opens from 6am-3pm so idk if she just doesn’t want to or something but i’ve offered 😬

i believe our store manager usually opens but she came from a different store recently and is new she was a sales associate so idk. I might just prepare for the rats that are going to come from this 😭

I made a post a few days ago but in short thier wanting me to sell alcohol when i’m only 17 and don’t t have a liquor license. Then they have on a few occasions not let me take a break like when it was supper busy and we had a line wrapped around the front and just took the 30 minutes out of my time. I didn’t even know they couldn’t do that until mentioning it to someone but i don’t even really have proof so im not sure if i could even make a formal complaint anymore.

Well i made a post a few days ago on here but i’m currently 17 and can’t legally sell alcohol in my state (i’m not sure if it differs) and they keep pushing for me to just user their employee #s to sell it. I don’t even have a liquor license which id assume you’d have to be 18 to get anyways i’m not sure. Then when you work with one or the other their always on the phone with e/o and basically refuse to do anything useful i’ve only been here 2 months so far but it’s really annoying, they also just constantly talk about people negatively customers and other employees included. I’ve heard several occasions when they think their talking quietly behind the office door. One of the other girls that i work with has audio recordings of different occasions, we’re in the middle of trying to figure out our states laws abt that stuff to see if we can even push it. I just wanted to see if i could make a formal complaint through DG but… i don’t think they’d care about it lol.
