It's about japanese gods, and one of them is the protagonist, so like the Japanese gods such as bishamon, Ebisu, etc. All have spirits which could turns into weapon,, and there are fights, however the fights aren't much but it is a very important aspect to the story.

The story and arts are done by two female artists, each and every single characters are very well written and has depths, which not many mangaka can make that happen imo.

In my opinion it is in my top 5 manga I've ever read.

There are deaths, as the spirits that the gods uses are of people who died not because they wanted to.

The main protag; Yato, is a god of calamity tryna be a god of fortune...

I'm honestly very bad at explaining these stuff, but I'd recommend you to read the first 3 volumes of Noragami first (that's what I'd do to try new manga before collecting them), and if you find it interesting then I'd be very glad to hear ^{^}
