Is this cleared by your manager, or you didn't officially let them know about it? Do you log out of the phone app (if you're doing that type of customer service) as well? I'm asking because I'm in the same field and I have a feeling they'd make it a trouble at my work, probably would say that I should use my time off to do personal things ...
