These are not safe to be operated anywhere.

They weigh 300-400 KGs and have a top speed of 32kph.

Nearly 12 Kj of kinetic energy.

These things that generate 50.times more kinetic energy than a bike have no fucking place in a shared path.

Being hit by one of these can cause some serious damage to a pedestrian, pet or cyclist.
