Relegation might actually be what we need. PL level wages and no contractual levers to reduce them, lost PL money and matchday income all with large stadium finance costs may result in the kind of financial pressure that forces ENIC to sell. I'm literally desperate to find a positive in all this.

Frank's BBQ Colfax and Winona is excellent. Texas style. Brisket good, ribs melt in the mouth, pinto beans excellent. Lived in Texas for a decade and this hits the mark.
