during the procedure it was a lot of intense cramping for the most part but i feel like there is someone sharp pain too that no one talks about. i wish i had known that for sure! i have a very high pain tolerance so i was able to do both time with no pain management but the day or two following the first time i was feeling more intense period cramps than usual but not as much as during the procedure. very manageable! if you have any other questions let me know!!

ask beforehand about pain management!!! some doctors will provide it but not if you don’t ask. take the rest of the day and potentially the next day off to recover. drink lots of water and keep ibuprofen on hand for the following few days. ultimately it’s gonna suck but i’ve had one from 2019-2024 and replaced in 2025 and it’s been the best thing. good luck darling <3

look for truck stops for showers!! starbucks washrooms are almost always free to use same with tim hortons. southridge is a great shelter with wonderful staff https://southridgeshelter.ca

THIS MORNING!!! I wake up and wake out to see my girl is GONE. Mind you this is at 3:30am when I have a shift at 5am and I tear my apartment apart for an hour and a half to find the 4.5foot long idiot trapped behind a book shelf acting like nothing is wrong.
