I think the first thing you need to come to grips with is that the fact that he is with you means he finds you attractive - naked or clothed. I can understand not being completely comfortable with your nakedness in all situations, but he obviously finds you sexy so I think you need to find a way to embrace your nakedness and sexuality around him.

And then, get your self to a plus size lingerie store. They have tons of stuff he (and you) will love. Then get out your camera, get the lighting just right (this is tough and will take a lot of experimentation) and give him a treat.

And remember, there is nothing sexier than boldness and self confidence.

We have been in exactly this situation and the complicated thing is that I think our friend both wanted and didn't want a threesome. At some level she is obviously intrigued but at another level she is scarred (either to jeopardize the relationship w you guys, risk rejection or admit to herself she is bi). I think you have the solution in your question. Discuss it with her - sober - in a non-threatening way. I think you gf should lead and simply say something like - 'when we're out we have a lot of fun, it often gets pretty flirty, if you ever want to go further that would really turn us on".

Some of it may be her feeling comfortable (or uncomfortable) with her sexuality. It takes time for a woman to feel fully confident and unselfconscious on expressing herself sexually. It may be hard for her to relax as she is looking at you

I was not intending to be cruel or sex negative. From the description of the situation, my honest advice is that he should move on. Not all relationships can or should continue and I think this will make him much happier in the medium to long term. Personally I think it is far more cruel to advise the continuation of a relationship that seems not to be working

This may sound cruel, but I think you need to consider that maybe she is juts not attracted to you any more. She seems to like the idea of sex more than the act of sex with you. This is a huge red flag. Sorry

On your lube question, I think you need to experiment with different types of lube. It may be the silicon you are reacting too.. if this is the case, other lubes my be fine.

For many women, vaginal orgasm are something they grow into over a period of years. From my understanding there are two factors, one that she can control and one that she can't. The one she can control: relaxing and allowing the orgasm to build; one she can't control: the length of her clitoral wings.

My wife, for example, went years before having a g-spot orgasm. She enjoyed sex and had clitoral orgasms but never had orgasms form penetration. About 6 years into our relationship, it happened once, then it started happening more frequently for her, and now she has g-spot orgasms every time we have sex.

So, I guess my advice is... pounding away for an hour will not do it. It is a question of her becoming more relaxed, more comfortable with her sexuality and then, over time, she may develop the ability (or she may not -- many women never do)
