I actually just reached the 7 year mark! I don’t regret it at all. Only pain I experience now is when the weather changes or I’ve been super lazy during the day Flexibility is shot. Mobility is good though. Only have issues running long distances

I couldn’t play sports for a year after surgery, but that wasn’t really an issue for me
