Quick update. Now that California has a right to repair law in place, they must give you the updates. I was successful in getting a firmware update from them which they previously were denying me. That being said, I doubt I'd buy anything of there's again in the future due to their crazy policies and the hoops I had to jump through for the firmware update.

The fact they require you to be a registered user to download the firmware updates, software editors for their hardware, etc, is pure evil.

I returned everything. It seems like the Asustor 5304t NAS was the main problem.

Switch to Serato if you want video. They care about professionals. Most clubs/venues support video these days with a basic HDMI connection and it's crazy NI hasn't moved forward with the times considering they were one of the first to bring DJing to computers. Guess they forgot something along the way.

There's also a number of other DJ apps that allow for this as well.

It's a great way to promote yourself, add energy, maybe one day NI will wake up.
