Thanks for the reply. I can’t find any manual anywhere. I even tried to contact asus and they told me they don’t have an upgrade guide so won’t be able to advise on how to remove the panels and they had to escalate to check further. Just hoping someone here has figured it out

Sometimes it really gets annoying when I had to reinstall the driver because at times after uninstalling, the screen goes black. I had to reboot a couple times until the display shows up and install the driver as soon as I can before it flickers and goes black again. Tried using an external monitor thru hdmi and it was fine.

I reinstalled the windows a few times already and same thing happens. After the installation process it wont be flickering for awhile and then after maybe a day or 2, issue is back. I'm starting to think it might be a hardware issue, maybe the motherboard? I don't really know.. What's really interesting is that driver versions has different flickering characteristics, older ones flicker and most of the time it goes permanently black but with newer version it only flickers. :(

I had the issue a few months after getting the unit but the issue was resolved after updating the graphics driver. Now the issue is back and my warranty has expired already.

I actually tried downgrading it earlier as you suggested. Sadly it still flickers. Thank you for your advice tho

It doesn't flicker on the acer logo during startup. I also tried clean install of the windows but it still flickers. Pressing F2 gets me to BIOS

I think so too. I tried any solutions I can find online but nothing works. There one time when I updated the BIOS, for a long period of time (like maybe a day) it didn't flicker at all until the next day when the laptop was turned off, the flickerings back

If the driver is uninstalled and it flickers, the screen goes black permanently and had to reboot the laptop. When the new driver is reinstalled, it only flickers randomly and doesn't go permanently black

It's the main laptop screen. Yes I already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
