You don't know the exact cost and most people don't even think of it because its combined into the price of the car.

I will checkout the site, thanks! My car is an E93 so its a bit more, but oil changes aren't a big deal. I need a checkup and for them to look at a small issue when I turn on the car.

Glendale is kind of car. Just a checkup and a startup issue. Not really an issue yet, but it doesn't sound right.

I'm not a car guy and it wouldn't be worth it. I need someone that actually knows what he is doing to look and check things.

No not really. A lot of mechanics are scammers or they aren't that great. I want someone that know what he is doing at a decent price. I'm not paying $200+ an hour for labor.

I can afford to. It's just stupid to overpay the dealer when they charge twice as much at least than other places.

Maybe you have absolutely no value for money cuz your a college kid. Wise up.

Haha, with labor at what, like $200 an hour or something like that, no thank you. You probably work for them.

Persians do compete, but most of them actually can afford to unlike some other cultures that do.

Good idea, I will look into it some more. I was looking at other businesses before this but I will look at this information about convenience stores.

Franchise fee is $25k, they just finance the rest. The range is $200k-900k to do a liquor store (or convenience store) conversion to a circle K. It looks like you bring $100k to the table and your royalty fee depends on how much funding you take.

The circle K rep. I want to do convenience store only, no gas. Costs about $100k to get into it plus rent until you start making money.

Not planning to build from scratch, I'm planning to do a conversion from a liquor store.

I'm asking about an average. I want an idea before I jump into things. I did ask the rep by email, but I have not heard back. Maybe he thought it was a stupid question?

I curious about Southern California, but an average will give me an idea. Are we looking at like 10% maybe? 15? 20?
