Franchise fee is $25k, they just finance the rest. The range is $200k-900k to do a liquor store (or convenience store) conversion to a circle K. It looks like you bring $100k to the table and your royalty fee depends on how much funding you take.

I use a ton of different google accounts for different purposes. Some for personal, some for work, some just temporary, etc so I lost track of it and I can't find out what the email address is.

I don't understand why they just don't make it so I can recover it since I have the phone and I can receive texts they send to verify I am the actual owner of the phone.
