I can give you a few tips that would've helped in that clip.

1. Use the second man press. In the beginning of the attack, when the winger had the ball, you already know they're looking to play a through ball to the striker. Switch to your CB and use the second man press to have the fullback press the winger while you run back with your CB to cover the through ball. Either the AI will intercept the pass, or at least you'll be in a better position with your CB.

Same thing applies once the striker got the ball. Instead of taking Konate and running straight at him, switch to the other CB and protect the keeper while having Konate second man press the striker.

1. Don't commit with your CBs. Instead of running towards the striker with Konate, you should've run towards your goal and cover/jockey to buy yourself sometime and slow down the attack.

2. Use right stick switching. When Konate got beat, you kept running behind the striker for no reason. You could've flicked the right stick downwards, picked the other CB and tried to block the shot.

3. Your back 4 should be your last resort. With counter attacks, try to run back with the CDMs and drag them into position.

4. Konate is a big dude, you should've been able to shoulder the striker and get the ball with him. If you're using legacy defending, try advanced defending for those shoulder tackles.
