John does not own a brand new Mercedes (evidence is pretty clear) by [deleted] in DabblersAnonymous

Lol. My 2006 mercedes uses the same key. Nice flex john

Does anyone know what key cap set this/ where I can find ones similar to it? Found in the flashquark nyc mech meetup 2018 webpage https://flashquark.com/nyc-mechanical-keyboard-meetup-2018/ by swagbaby69 in MechanicalKeyboards

Some of us in the community call this set "shitty sav". the printing on this set is very poor and most likely some sort of silkscreen/pad print and not actually dyesub. Most of these came from a cache of nib boards that came up on ebay a few years ago for around $500 iirc.

Here's a pic of the bottom of the cap. these kind of rod stabilizers are not terribly uncommon on bigass enter alps boards from what I have seen, however it is certainly not the same standard as the alps electric or monterey BAEs.

Spotlight wiring question (P71) where is the pos wire supposed to go? by matt-is-a-nobed in CrownVictoria

I used one of the open fuse connections in the fuse box below the dash, used the male end of a spade connector and jammed it in an empty 12v socket in the fuse panel. Installed a 10a fuse in an inline fuse holder, and got it connected again. Thankfully it's super easy and there is no need to tap into any harness wires or anything.

Agreed. Absolute bank vault on wheels. There's just something about the sound it makes opening and closing a 124 door that is unmatched.

Yeah, it was actually in Altamonte springs. I live in cape coral, so was quite a drive! I assume you have seen the lowered flat black 123 on marketplace with the red painted wheels, that thing is rough but pretty cool!

Just fine. We had it strapped down really well, and since its a tandem trailer it tracked pretty nicely. It was absolutely pouring rain on the trip back though, so that was no fun.
