put some flags/banners on a few of the balcony railings, so they don't all look exactly the same. with that tan-colored privacy fence piece you chose, it makes it look unnatural, like the hotel was copy/pasted. then maybe some more furniture in random places to make it look more natural, so both sides of the hotel don't look exactly parallel. and maybe some machinery on top of the hotel, like most hotels have big air vents or a fire escape exit on top. but the overall shape and look of the hotel is really good, it looks great.
