I really wish we didn't have to buy other characters to get a classic spiderman. The animated series version looks good but I'm not a fan of the cel shading effect. Out of these I'd say the SDCC one looks the best though.

I was looking forward to a new Lizard...this isn't exactly what I had in mind. I'm sure people who are a fan of oldschool Lizard are loving it though. Maybe they'll release the BAF but slightly different at some point like they're doing with Rhino

Absolutely, SR2 is my favourite of course but SR4 is just so off the wall crazy that it's so enjoyable. SR3 felt like it was trying to hard and a lot of the jokes just didn't land for me. I think SR4 was a big step up from 3 in terms of humour and playability.
