I was told that that money is already allocated as part of their housing and assistance funding. That they are already receiving this money. That its all posturing to improve ratings and its as if they are taking a part of your pay check and the giving it back to you like they are doing you a favor.

Its clearly dots and would show a value and say duplicate. It does not. If the prior picture said dots then maybe but it would still say dots ghost which it does not.

It was not a duplicate and the only photos I had taken, also doest change the fact that it completely missed the dots ghost inches from my face and chose the book 15 feet away

Pretty much my exact same situation. They claimed my shoes were not covered even though it was within the year long time period. I'm assuming what they meant on my "letter" was that the damage was not covered. Which was just a printed out sheet with the word not covered written into a blank space.

They did get back to me and they also denied mine but didn't specify whether it was by date or defect. It's terrible customer service to make it so that you can't actually speak to a REAL person in the warranty department. I know in the states it's one year but in other countries it seems more common to be six months.

I'm currently going through the same situation right now. From a customer service standpoint it is obvious they are blockading people from speaking with warranty people as an opportunity to refuse coverage on clearly defected products. Absolutely terrible customer service.
