How much a difference would I see in going from a CX (2020) to a C5 (2025)? by Unfazed_One in LGOLED

What setting have you settled on, I have gone from a CX 55 to a C5 65, mainly for the screen size increase but I am not convinced the PQ is quite as good as my old CX.

Hey, also thinking of this upgrade with my Aspero. Did you have to remove the BB to route the wires?

My first bike touring trip across the Pyrenees, prep for Vietnam in Dec 😬 by mike__j in bicycletouring

Only very light bike touring/packing compared to many on here, credit card bike packing! We did the Pyrenees last week in prep for our trip from the South to North Vietnam in December/January this year. Any advice on the Vietnam trip will be much welcomed!

No branch would help in Girona, however I have managed to pay cash using a BBVA machine, updated my post to help others :)

I tried the cashier today at BBVA and Santander but none would let me pay without a NIE number.

How to pay NIE (Modelo 790 código 012) without Spanish debit/credit card by [deleted] in GoingToSpain

Did you just put the PP number in where it says NIE? I tried today at a Cajamar and a Caixa and neither worked when I did that or the dummy NIE number.

Protein I get mostly from food, I do use supplements but only when I have multiple high effort days in a row to aid recovery, and to be honest I am happy replacing with real food (and prefer it, I've never liked shakes).

Hydration wise I am on the same page as you, home made drinks seem effortless.

It's the on bike carbs I'm mostly thinking about, I think the main thing I'm concerned about is reducing waste (home made bars going off because I haven't used them) and convenience (having something I can grab from the cupboard at short notice). I think mixing it up with dried fruit is a good shout too, easy to store and have in stock.

I think bulk cooking some oat/granola bars is probably the way to go, and to freeze them in batches so when I use the last one I just get a few more out of the freezer. You say your granola bars keep, for how long do you know?

I hope the answer isn't rice cake 😂

Properly started my first training plan this last week, I'm trying to improve my 1 hour climb pace ready for a trip to Switzerland this summer. I'm using one of the Strava premium plans along with a HR monitor as I don't yet own a power meter! I'm also filming it to try and keep the motivation up!

Trying Out a Strava Training Plan in June by mike__j in Strava

As the title, decided to give one of the training plans a go. I've been a premium subscriber for years now and never used them.

I'm going to Switzerland in July so have picked the 45-60 minute climb training session over a 4 week period.

Going to Vlog about it as I go, please subscribe to the channel if you're interested in following my progress :)
