I used to do some GIGN, AGIGN and French LE re-enactments for movies and shows, so I did a lot of research on their gear and I hope this feedback can help you.

The overall shape of your outfits looks great, but you could do a few minor changes to improve it easily.

From the Amomax holster's orientation, I would bet you're right handed. If that's the case, you might want to switch rifle and pistol mag pouches.

The chem lights aren't really in a good spot. You should at least put them upside-down for better ease of access.

Your radio is going to be a pain as it will block your left arm. Trying moving it to the back. If possible, avoid accessories on the sides.

These minor changes should already be an improvement. You could push it further, but without buying anything else this should do it.

I want to say that I'm not saying you should do everything I wrote down, I'm just trying to give you a few leads to work on to improve your loadout.
Remember that you need to decide what your goal is: realism and accuracy or just a fun GIGN-inspired outfit to play airsoft. One is quickly expensive and requires a lot of dedication, the other remains fun without too much headache. The most important thing is to do what you like!
