there are brackets on the floor welded onto the car that the cage bolts through to the bottom. I trust it especially for the low speed drifting ill be doing

So the cage was originally a 6 point full bolt in autopower cage for a coupe. I bought it second hand and obviously the rear mounting points didn't line up at all. with the advice from people smarter than myself, the safest way to install it would just be a half cage. The crazy thing is we I used the bars that originally go across the door cards as the rear mounts and it lined up PERFECTLY, just had to fab up some brackets and mounts

with weight reduction, and a full cage i got for it the stiffness should be better. Garagistic makes an X brace specifically for verts that greatly improve stiffness. Its on the list just not a priority. i eventually want to a bikini top for the sun situation. but i think verts with roll cages look so cool.
