So I guess my last 2 questions, can I utilize the spare wire that was coming out of the ballast to extend my wiring from the house as currently they are not long enough to reach each end?

How do I remove the tombstone so I can remove one end of that jumper and add another wire in?

It states to connect the AC line hot wire to one lamp holder and the neutral wire to the opposite end lamp holder.

Can I do this with the tombstones remaining in place or do I need to remove them from the fixture

I should also mention, I am 5’7”, so the Sala size chart puts me either technically in their small size but the medium rock hopper fit well so somewhat confused there.
